i already pay $30 for data use for each month, so when i use phone as modem to connect. do they have to charge more $ 30 for that. it mean total i have to pay $60?

If you pay $30.00 for data each month, you will have to pay an additional $29.99 to tether your phone to your computer. It allows you 5g per month and $0.05 /mb overage.
