I have a UM175 broadband modem that I've been using for about a year. I use it to monitor a remote location so it is online 24/7. But it uses little bandwidth. Recently I started having issue with the connection being dropped daily. It got worse when I ugraded the VZmanager. Is anybody else having this issue. Is there a fix or do I need to find something?
I recommend try removing the device from your network connection, uninstall Vz Access Manager and then reinstall your Verizon software and reboot your computer.
