having trouble with getting samsung extender working again

have Samsung network extender and stopped working. power is on but WAN is red but router indicates a connection to the unit?

Let's get your network extender back in business. When did this issue begin? What happens when you dial #48 from the devices connected to extended? Please keep us posted so we can assist further.
