We have a jetpack that has worked well in the past but starting 2 days ago it started saying it was 'connected with no internet access' and this was only at the job site at which it has been used for several weeks. It works fine elsewhere. Any recommendations to fix this?

unless Boeing did something to close off our access (like Boingo does blocking all wifi access so you have to purchase theirs) nothing changed. The zip code for where they are is 98035. Thanks!
I understand how important it is to have a well functioning device, Keh347! What model Jetpack are you using? Have you power cycled the Jetpack along with removing and reinserting the SIM card?

Thanks for the information rednappingcat. I can understand the frustration of not having the internet access needed at your job site. I show no issues reported in your area. I would definitely check with Boingo to see if they denied the access to your device. Please keep us posted.
