I tried last night, and had zero luck - am I missing something?
Has anybody been successful, or should I just go back to my old access method?
Thanks . . .

What was it that you tried?
I have connected to Windows XP and 7, iPod Touch, iPad, and Blackberry.
Works better than the free WiFi at Starbucks for me.

Access should be simple. Can you tell me what you see on the screen of your computer? Are you not seen the mifi device in the available networks, or are you seeing it but simply can't connect?

Which MiFi, and are you using it via WiFi or tethered via cable?
