My Network Extender has been working fine for a month. Today, it is not able to lock on the GPS. I made a call and after the call it seems to have lost its mind. Ive move the external antenna outside and rebooted but no luck. How do I know if the unit is working. The suppport is horrible.

this turns out to be the same problem everyone else is reporting. After I got the GPS to lock, the sys light is flashing.

just to add to my message. I would be 'thoughtful' of VZ if they had a status page you could go to and check the status of the network.

Confirmed from Verizon tech that the network extender system is completely down at this point. There is no time table for the system to be back up and working again....good luck making calls now!
