so i am having an issue with the MiFi 4510L card. the issue is as follows:
I have gone through the advanced settings of the MiFi card,
configured and enabled the port forwarding for HTTP (web) Server protocol and
pointed it at my statically assigned (192.168.1.10) web camera (D-Link
DCS-932L). I am unable to reach the web server from the WAN.
Everything works fine from LAN. I have made sure to set the WAN IP every
time I enable the MiFi card.
i called verizon, no help; they referred me to novatel who was still no help, and dlink just said they had no clue about a mifi card...
any help would truely be appreciated.

All verizon 4G LTE devices recieve a private IP (10.0.0.0/8) address and are natted. Because of this your hotspot does not have a unique public IP address. Without a public ip you will be unable to access the device from the internet.
hope this helps
