vzaccess manger makes active windows go inactive

After installing vzaccess any active windwo I have goes inactive after a few seconds.  I know its vzaccess because I tried installing on another computer and the same thing.  Anybody else had this problem, this is a big pain it has taken me 5 min to type this because the window goes inactive so often.  It is the latest version and with a pantech uml290

This is definitely an unusual concern! I want to see this working right for you. What version of Windows are you working with? Is it 32 or 64 bit? Are you downloading the VZ Access Manager from the CD that came with the 290 device? Keep me posted.

I am using Windows XP Prof. 

I think there is a problem in the software, because when I uncheck the box for minimize aplication in tray the problem goes away.
