we had an online offer to "upgrade" our verizon broadband card connection, i followed the steps and the last one asked if I wanted to delete the old verizon icon and i said yes, now the new connection is dial up and i can't use the broadband connection, am i missing something???
Call Verizon customer service. They should be able to help you figure it out.
Which wireless card do you have? Do you still have the VZ Access Manager icon or was the icon the one that was deleted? You may need to download VZ Access Manger again.
Are you talking about the icon on your desktop? Go into Programs and click on VZAccess Manager there.
