Can't delete private messages

For several days I've not been able to delete PMs which I don't need any more. If I select "delete all" or try to click the trash can icon on a message in my inbox, the screen just grays out and the system just gets stuck in a loop going nowhere. Have to close the browser window to make it stop.

Figured out what was going on...you just have to wait a very long time for the system to respond. These forums have gotten super clunky ever since they were enabled on the My Verizon app, at least if you are still accessing them via a PC.
