My current email address in Community Forum needs changing

I did as you asked and logged in myverizon with my cellphone number. I was still not given the option to change my email when I went to my profile. The only way I was able to change the email was to register for a new account with a new login and not use myverizon to login. I then was given the option to change email when I went to my profile.
So let me give you the back story. When I switced ISPs 2 years ago I updated my email with myverizon and verified the change. To this date though my email in the community forum has remained the old one. I cannot find anywhere in my profile to update my email because I utilized the myverizon account. So how can I change my email in the Community forum to match the email I have with myverizon which is my current email?
