Your re-setting password process does not work. In the Community, I tried to sign in with my Community credentials. I clicked on the "Forgot Info" link, and it said it would send me an email. I received on the email, clicked on the "reset password" link, entered the new password and confirmed it (re-typed it). It came back and said I didn't have the privileges to perform that operation. (!)

If your forum account is tied to your My Verizon account, then you need to pick the My Verizon login option to get to the forums. The Community Member login won't work at all.
