From what I've seen elsewhere, these forums are the longest tenured of any of the major carriers. It's got to be tough keeping this place going sometimes, but thanks Verizon for keeping the forums running. While the CS reps who check in here aren't always helpful, it's good that there are folks representing the company here as well.
I've lurked at the other 2 guys' forums, and one of them doesn't ever have anyone representing the company posting there. Otherwise, the threads are pretty similar to what you'd see here, which makes you wonder how helpful the other place's forums are if they don't have any CS checking in. The second competitor...I just went to their website a couple days ago, and got a message saying their forums have been shut down!
