I switched over to Verizon from AT&T in november 2023. The told me my bill would be 125 a month for 2 lines. My first bill was $475.00. They also said they would pay off my AT&T bill and cell phone if i traded in. I just got a notification saying that my AT&T bill was never paid and if i dont pay by the end of August that they will send to collections. I contacted Verizon Thursday and they told me that they will pay off AT&T on July 25th. Now i contacted them today to get a status update and now there saying they dont do that and they cant find my chat with them Thursday. Every month that i have been with Verizon i have to call them because i keep getting 200,300,400 phone bills for 2 lines and they also never gave me my trade in credits
