In November 2024, before traveling to India, I spoke with a Verizon agent to add an international plan for that month. However, the agent also added Disney+ and 100GB hotspot services to all my lines along with international access, resulting in inflated billing for two months.
I reached out to customer service, but the representative was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me very frustrated with the level of service. Iโm hoping @Anonymous can assist in resolving this matter promptly.

I don't know about the hotspot, but if you don't want the Disney+, wouldn't that just be going into your account and the manage perks section, then unsubscribing for each line? If you were on an old plan which didn't have any international service available, you got upgraded to a current plan which does support it?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I visited a Verizon store, and both the in-store representative and the customer service representative over the phone confirmed that there were unnecessary changes to my billing. However, both couldn't do anything about it.
