In November 2024, before traveling to India, I spoke with a Verizon agent to add an international plan for that month. However, the agent also added Disney+ and 100GB hotspot services to all my lines along with international access, resulting in inflated billing for two months.
I reached out to customer service, but the representative was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me very frustrated with the level of service. I’m hoping @verizon can assist in resolving this matter promptly.
