Cannot get through to Representative

My phone number is linked to my family member's account, but I have been trying to call a representative because my own Internet service for my apartment is not linked to my email login.
Ive tried many Customer service phone numbers and even pressed "0" when prompted to on the phone call and I say "Internet" and it still tried to troubleshoot my cell phone number!
Please help me find a way to talk to an actual human that can help fix my account and link my home internet service to it!!

Hi, with it being Labor Day as of this posting, I wouldn't be surprised if the phone numbers aren't being answered today. Would try again tomorrow during business hours. The stores are open, but not sure if anyone there would be able to help.
Do you have a mobile line which is linked to someone else's account, but a separate data-only line (internet service) which is under your name only? This sounds as if your My Verizon account needs to be de-registered and then you'd have to sign back up again using the internet account number. It's definitely an issue for tech support in that case.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
