For the last 90 days Verizon has at least nine times placed a travel pass active on my account and I’m in the states. They’re doing it on purpose. They’ve also sent email notifications to emails that are not even registered on my account at least 10 times in the last 90 days they’ve also placed 250 credit applications which caused 160 Fraud holds as a result of them putting me on a sub account disconnecting me from my main account then closing out my main account on me and refusing to put my line and number back to the main account after being a customer for more than two decades.
they also opened up 23 TYS transfer your service tickets without my permission and nearly transferred my service to a completely different account number which I never completed a form. It’s not going to a different Social Security number or an account number. they also opened up nearly 100 AIS tickets just to confuse their back office with trying to move sublevel the policy is you have 90 days for a customer to request to remove the final bill status and add a

they also opened up nearly 100 AIS tickets just to confuse their back office with trying to move sublevel the policy is you have 90 days for a customer to request to remove the final bill status and add a line, reactivate or reinstate. Which then would’ve allowed them to move my number back to the main account where it belongs. They purposely derailed my account for 90 days as you can read above tinkering and messing around and playing around for 90 days doing things they know Darwell they shouldn’t have done on purpose. They would hang up on me They are transferring me around the world they get smart with me. They threatened me and told me if anything got investigated that I would be the one punished that I better leave their service because I was calling them out on all their egregious deceptive business practices. And one person on 1022 actually was removing the final bill status to do the proper thing to fix my account within 90 days, but they never removed the Fraud hold because they were playing around in my account so much generating all those credit apps at that moment, there was like 60 fraud holds on my account that’s ridiculous. They totally sabotage me so my account couldn’t get fixed.

From what you're describing, it sounds like someone has hacked your Verizon account and is either doing a SIM swap sc*m or has at least tried to fraudulently port out your number so they can access personal information, bank account information, or just get free phone service courtesy of you. You need to contact the FTC and report this as identity theft. See the link below for more information. This is a pretty complex process to get through.

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
