I am traveling to Ireland next week, and Verizon cannot give me international service until their billing cycle on May 22 which is after I return home.
After three calls to customer care, and getting three different answers about what my account needed(check my plan changes to verify this), I decided to buy an ATT phone to take with me on my trip. This way, I am guaranteed to have service when I travel, and also to take the evidence I had to use another carrier to my State Attorney with the attached complaint.
