Not able to link account to phone number

I have tried linking my mobile number to my account numerous times with no luck. How can I get my phone number linked to my account so I can see activity, pay my bill, and more? I have had to pay my bill with one time payments in the meantime and it has low key been a huge hassle.

Do you have Fios service and a mobile line, or is it just the mobile line? If it's the former, I believe you have to merge your User IDs and then everything appears under the mobile account, in which case you cannot add the mobile account to a Fios account. If you only have a mobile line, are you seeing "guest" someplace within the URL when you're logged in, or is there a message saying something like "You'll get the full Account Owner experience when [something] is active"? If so, what happened is you got a guest account instead of an actual one and need to register for a new account as if you'd never done it before.
I can provide links for merging your Fios and mobile User IDs or to re-register on My Verizon, depending on which one applies to you.
