Unable to link Verizon number to account

I’m facing an issue with linking my Verizon phone number to my account. My phone number was previously linked, and I successfully paid my first bill. However, now the number seems to be unlinked, and I am unable to access any Verizon services.
I need to pay my upcoming bill, but I can’t connect with support or access my account to do so. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, waited for hours on the phone with tech support, gone in to the Verizon store where they said the number was correctly linked, but still haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
This message populates everytime I try to link:
