To Verizon- your 14 day Guarantee is TOO-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O short ~ especially those of us that are buying phones that are $300+. I am having problems w/samsung charge. 17 days after i bought it!! They said they'd be happy to sent me a refurbished one! What, so I can have someone else's problems!!! NO- THANKYOU!!! Need more time on these EXPENSIVE Phones!!! I received 8 blackberry storms - always got someone elses problems!!!

I agree 100% with you lynnkimball. I too have a Samsung Charge and have had an ongoing problem with it losing its data connectivity. I spent $300 on my phone too and it is a complete slap in the face when the device does not work like it is indended. I was offered a refurbished phone too and declined it. If I had the 30 day guarantee, there is no way I would have kept this phone.
If I would have known about the issues of the Samsung Charge, I would have waited for the Motorola Bionic. In my case of being an early adopter, I have been ignored by both Verizon and Samsung. They have zero answers and zero empathy.
Verizon has been very poor in its communication with the known problems of the Samsung Charge. I am sorry to hear of your issues but at least you know that there are others in the same boat as you.
Shame on you Verizon.

So true. I went through hell with my old phone (Samsung Fascinate) before finally get the option to chose through 3 new phones one being the Charge, Which has been great for me. It took 5 refurbished devices all having the same issues before i got a new phone.

I sympathize. Although I am at the 14th day of my Charge, and don't plan to take it back today, I decided to get the Charge after having a similar experience with a Motorola Droid X2. I took that phone back twice during the 14 day period, and both of those phones had fatal problmes. BTW, I was told, at least at my Verizon store, that if you bring a phone back within the 14 day period and exchange it for another phone of the same model, a NEW 14 period starts. So at least you can string a couple of periods together with the same phone model, and get up the learning curve during that longer time.
Good luck!
