The update is either random or by MEID/IMEI. Geography, purchase date, and other things are not a factor.
yeah...what framcire said. i know of a wife who got it one morning and the husband got it 2-3 days later....lol that had to be KILLING HIM!!!!
It is done randomly.Even a verizon employee on this forum stated it is done random
