Since I upgraded,The new player will not support my music and my camera wont open
try 2 things.
Remove battery for 5 min, reinstall battery and load up the Droid.
If no change Perform a data cache wipe and a factory reset.
BACK UP ALL YOUR IMPORTANT INFO FIRST. This will NOT affect your SD card contents, just phone storage. But if you want to be on the safe side you can remove your SD card first.
Turn off Phone
Hold down the HOME button
Turn on phone using power button...continue to hold "home" until a big blinking triangle appears
Press the magnifing glass button
Use volume keys to scroll down to Wipe Cache
Press the "menu" button (far left button @ bottom)
Wait until it is complete and reboot your phone.
If the issue is not resolved do the above steps again but instead of wipe cache you will choose "Factory reset/data wipe"
follow instructions and wait until it is completely done and reboot. You will have to reactivate and reinstall all your apps. Just like you did the first time you set up your phone.
