1. I continue 2 use my hotmail acct 4 emails. However when I attempt 2 forward any email 2 anyone, it comes across as gobbledgook?
2. Everytime I try to access my bookmarks, I get a "force close" that states that "process com.android.browser" is forced to close. What is happening? How do I address this?
Having posed those ?s, I am thrilled 2 have a forum site that works.
I appreciate any suggestions.

When I looked at Motorola site, the only Droid options were: Droid, Droid 2 and Droid X. Is the HTC Incredible known by one of those? If these r really **bleep**, I am sorry.

neither of those issues sound good at all. i've had no issues with forwarding emails, and my browser shortcuts have never force closed? you can try to reset the phone and hope everything works fine again (hard reset)....but you will have to set everything back up again. i suspect this will be vzn's answer if you take it into them and show them the issues, as it seems to be their solution for every problem. hopefully, you don't have a bad device?

I have disappointingly read several entries, on different sites, that phone replacement has been necessary & takes a lot of time.
Thanks so much 2 all who have taken the time 2 read & respond.

it no longer takes much time to replace it. there was a severe shortage of the incredible (as it is pretty incredible when you get a working unit) for months. since the droid X and droid II were released, there is no longer the extremely high demand and low supply. you should be able to get a replacement in a matter of 2-3 days. but a factory reset would be worth a shot if you don't want to wait a few days. search "hard reset" or "factory reset" to find out how to do it. the reason i mention this is because if you're going to get a replacement anyhow, you would have to set it all back up again anyway.
