HTC droid incredible is made by HTC. need to go to HTC website
neither of those issues sound good at all. i've had no issues with forwarding emails, and my browser shortcuts have never force closed? you can try to reset the phone and hope everything works fine again (hard reset)....but you will have to set everything back up again. i suspect this will be vzn's answer if you take it into them and show them the issues, as it seems to be their solution for every problem. hopefully, you don't have a bad device?
I bought an lg phone in july of 2009 and since then i have had to replace it six times it is not a good phone spread the word dont purchase one you will be glad i told you
that's sort of vague. i had an env touch and the rest of my family had the env's....no problems.
it no longer takes much time to replace it. there was a severe shortage of the incredible (as it is pretty incredible when you get a working unit) for months. since the droid X and droid II were released, there is no longer the extremely high demand and low supply. you should be able to get a replacement in a matter of 2-3 days. but a factory reset would be worth a shot if you don't want to wait a few days. search "hard reset" or "factory reset" to find out how to do it. the reason i mention this is because if you're going to get a replacement anyhow, you would have to set it all back up again anyway.
glad it helped (so far)!!!
