2 keys not working on qwerty

The letters "L" and "O" are not working at all....it had been intermittently not working for 2 weeks now they are not working at all. They do work on the touch screen, however the touch screen does not work with my disability so I definetely need to use the Qwerty.

Any suggestions...I have already turned on and off, taken out battery.

Hi there! I can definitely help you out here. In cases where the entire keyboard isn't working, I may suggest something like a hard reset. However when its just two keys and those keys are practically side-by-side, my mind immediately goes to hardware issues being the culprit. I do recommend a Safe Mode attempt to check if the keyboard still isn't working when it's enabled. If it is working just fine in safe mode, I would then check your apps for any updates and/or any apps that are corrupt, to be removed.
