I've read the on-line manual & really can't find the answer for these questions.
1 - I purchased a ringtone from VZW & received the email. How do you get it out of email to use it?
2 - Is there a way to get the vibrate pulse to increase from 2 short pulses?

1.use your computer to put the ringtone on your sd card. Find or create a folder called media/ringtones. You may need to reboot your phone for it to show up.
2. not that I know of.
