If I use 3G hotspot for two weeks in one billing cycle and then don't use it again for another 6 months will I get billed $20 for each month I don't use it? I'm currently use the Droid-X.
yes mam you will still be billed even if you do not use it
if your not using it, just call CS and ask them to take it off of your plan

You can also remove it (or add it back once removed) online. Just log in to "My Verizon"
