I upgraded to the 2gb hotspot plan yesterday, but I'm still having issues.
Any device I use is able to connect to it, but has no internet access, almost as if it doesn't think I've paid for the plan. I've done a reset. Is there a certain amount of time I'm supposed to wait, or did I do something wrong?
Have you set up the connection on the device you are trying to connect with the correct password???? Default is 0123456789 or is it 1234567890.... it is one of the two.
