Rumor has it that the Droid Incredible can be upgraded to 4G service.  True or not true?

Absolutely, positively untrue. It only has a 3G radio in it.

There is a part of the menu that mentions 4G, but the radio is not in the phone to use.

absolutely right! The incredible ONLY has a 3G radio so far the only 4g phone device coming up is the HTC Thunderbolt
