4gLTE bluetooth problem

I have had my Incredible 4g lte for about a week. It paired with my sync system in my ford fine at first but now the phone says "Unfortunately, the process com. android.phone has stopped." When I press ok then it says "preparing sim card" please help

Prodoggg, I'm glad you were able to get your device paired successfully, but let's figure out what's going on with your device now. Are you receiving this error when trying to connect to Bluetooth? Try clearing cache from Bluetooth Share on your device. Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, All, Bluetooth Share, Clear data/cache. Bluetooth Share should be listed twice. If still having the problem, delete the paired connection and pair again.

Let me know if you continue to have problems with Bluetooth.

I have cleard data/cache on my phone.  I deleted the the paired connection and paired again several time I still cannot connect to my device.

Please help.

My husband and I both have Droids and Fords. When he would get into my car with his Droid for some reason it would sync his and I would have to reset mine manually.

Go to your bluetooth on your phone under settings and see if it may need to be manually reset again.

That may be too simple but if you haven't... check it out.

We are spoiled with all this high tech stuff... I mean who woulda thought even ten years ago that we were complaining about our cars not being able to read our phones!!! But it's annoying when you pay for a service and and aren't getting it.
