The subject programs have stopped updating on my phone. I went overseas for a few days and now they want update.
Can you be more specific? Hard to understand what your issue is. Are they ASKING to be UPDATED and you Can't or what?

There are just a few steps I would suggest to ensure you are able to update these applications. First, I suggest you soft reset your device. Next, disable Wi-Fi and ensure Data and Data Roaming are both enabled. After completing these steps, as long as you are located in a 3G coverage area, you should have a 3G indicator on your device. Now you should be able to update any application(s) with updates available. You can manually check by going into "My apps" in the Market.
