ALBUM ART: HOW TO GET IT ON THE X?

I've been using the Windows Media Sync for my music. And it works for me. It's a fast and easy way to put music on my
X. But, I have a few questions.
1. Using WMS, does the music go on the SD card,or the phone storage memory?
2. Is there a way to add the Album Art after the music is already on via WMS?
3. Do I have to get rid of the WMS and add the music through a add-on folder through the USB Mass Storage option?
I also have iTunes too. I used the WMS because it was so easy. I just want the Album Art. If I can get/add it while still keeping my WMS files that would be great. I looked up some Album Art grabber apps. But most complained the the artwork goes on the phone storage memory. Or clears when plugged into a usb port, etc. so I really don't want to go that route
I don't mind grabbing Album Art from the web and putting it in a file then moving it to the X. I'll do whatever will work.
P.S. My WMP and iTunes music files are both in MP3 and 320kbs.
Thanks.

Music will sync onto the SD Card because the internal memory isnt accessable by any 3rd part apps, you should have a Music folder on SD Card that would be where your audio will sync to... Basically all media files saved or downloaded will go onto the SD Card.

Windows Media album information is stored usually in a folder where album is saved but in a data file usually so unless you wrote the art information into the file you will have to download a app like Album Art Grabber off the market that can retrieve the cover information or try "Tag and Rename" from http://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm
, this is what I use to edit MP3 tags and cover art.3. Do I have to get rid of the WMS and add the music through a add-on folder through the USB Mass Storage option?
If you copy the whole folder of where the music is stored the album cover may copy over but this is a guess since I write the information straight to the file.

There is no way the art is being stored to the internal memory so that information is incorrect, also if you connect the phone as a Mass Storage the files on the card will become accessable to the device because only one device can access the SD Card at a time and as a Mass Storage the PC is using the card, so the information on card cant be accessed until you unplug or change to charge only mode on phone from status bar.
