I have found out a problem for PPL that cnt send txts or Have the ???? in Between letters

The problem might b due to the Signature u have 4 ur txts C if u take it of and txt PPl if it goes AWAY

I see this problem too with some users. However one reported that she/he never uses text signature or a different messaging app. So that has nothing to do with it.
