My phone is stuck in the horizontal view for my text messaging and emails. Is this a common problem with the Incredible? How do I fix it?

Hello Alpine,

This is not a commonly reported issue. I would recommend for you to remove the battery from your device and leave it out for about 30 seconds. Then reinsert the battery and turn on your device. Let me know if this resolves the issue.
