Activation

Ok,

get home from wok today and my shinny new X is sitting on the kitchen table hurray... Well I try and activate it online and it says no can do call CS try activating via 611 and well f course it is after Pm so there is no one there. Has anyone else had any issues activating online?

I was having problems with mine too. I had to call CS for help. You have to dial *228 to activate it. When you call to activate the phone make sure your old phone is turned off or it wont work.

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately tried that already :smileysad: going to have to wait till the morning to chat with CS I guess
