Adding to Home Screen Panels

Is there any way to add files to the Home Screen Panels. I can access .pdf files from Files > Phone Files > foldername > filename. Would like to add the file to a panel so I can access the file with just one touch. Thanks.

Not straight forward with the stock File management APPS. However if you get ES FILE EXPLORER and it's partnered component ES BOOKMARK MANAGER, you can do this.

After installing those, you launch ES FILE EXPLORER and drill down to the the File you wish to "SHORT CUT" to you dock. Long Press the FILE and a set of options come up - one which will be "SHORT CUT". Just select that option and wammo -  your Dock will have that short cut on it for you to just directly launch it. Just make sure you have the proper Dock active before doing this or the Short Cut may end up in the wrong Dock.

Good luck.

Thanks for the quick response. 2 downloads and 5 minutes later I had my files on a Home Panel.
