Alarm

Why doesn't the alarm make any sound even though I have the sound on the highest setting? All other sound settings seem to work.

I had troubles with this too at first!

Tap the Alarm & Time icon-> Menu Button(along the bottom of the phone)-> Settings-> Alarm Volume.

I already tried that and it still doesn't work. However, I got a suggestion from another user that did work...turn off the increasing volume setting. That did it! Thanks for your response.

Do what Darr said, but also be aware that for each individual alarm there is an increasing volume setting that will cause it to start quietly.
