I'm having the same problem.  In fact Verizon sent me a new phone yesterday and just got it,  I'm having the same problem.  I

use my phone for business and my host for my website is godaddy.  I thought it might be a problem with them until I got this new phone.   If anyone finds a fix please let me know.

Check to see how large your "Dialer Storage" app is? Go to settings > applications > manage applications > all tab > scroll down to the dialer storage line. Select it to view the details. You can hit the clear data button. This WILL erase all text messages and the call history so if you can backup that data.

I talked with HTC and they know the issue but they said that cosumers should not try and fix it because if you push something you can ruin the phone and it won't work.  Mine is fixed now.  It has something to do with the .mail folder on the disk drive.  You have to delete it and then do a few other things.  They said what's happening is the .mail file is getting cluttered and the phone is confused because it thinks it doesn't have enough storage.  When we deleted the .mail folder off the disk drive it deleted over 25K items which was 1.45 GB.

You can contact HTC at 866-449-8358

Hmmm... I have to keep that in mind.

Was this folder on the sd card or in the phone memory?

It was on the SD card but the tech guy said that it could be on either the internal phone or the card.  He said whichever drive it's on to delete it.  He also had me enter a ## telephone number.  Had to dial the ## before the number.
