All Callers Unknown

Every call I get shows as "Caller Unknown" even those coming from those in my Contact list.  I'm sure there is some setting I have wrong.  Can anyone help?  FYI, I imported my Contact list through Backup Assist.

First make sure every contact has an area code in front of their phone number. Secondly also make sure you have caller ID on.Not sure if voice commands is available on the android phones. You can try going into voice commands then settings and call alert. Select caller ID + Ring.

Thanks for your help but I found the problem and it was truly a DUH! moment.  Checked what services I had on My Verizon and guess what?  Caller ID was not checked.  The only thing I can figure is that when I upgraded to the Droid X, I forgot to select that or assumed that it would carry over from my previous account.

Glad you figured it out yourself.  I was actually starting to type out to check the caller ID on your Verizon account,but don't know what stopped be from posting it. oh well.

Similar issue. Went to local store and found out I was signed up for global services. Glad it got fixed before getting my bill. There were a couple of other things I had I didn't want and things I wanted but didn't have.
