I go to Google, Yahoo, Picassa... anything with an HTML button and nothing works. I can't do searches or log into my online forums. It's really aggravating.
I had to download the bing app just to do web searches on my phone. It seems like it's a software problem. Anyone else having a problem?
This is nothing more than a software issue. I would perform a hard reset to clear out any software issues. Once you do this it should enable the settings for you. Here are the steps to do the hard reset:
To reset your phone to factory settings and erase all
the data on your phone, press Menu
> Settings
> Privacy
> Factory data reset
> Reset phone.
Warning: All data on your phone will be deleted.
(Nothing on your memory card is deleted.)
