Just happend to see what was new to my apps page and I saw two things VZnavigator, which is $9.99 if you want to download it and quickoffice. Clicked on quickoffice and it went to the program., then closed it. Then just happened to look for it online and see the exact same one for a fee. So what is this app that came with the update? Is it free. Didn't see anything that mentioned a price or for downloading it. It just opened. Clarification definitely needed on this one

Quick Office was on 2.1, sort of. I used it to open several documents. I'm fairly certain that this newer verson is free, but not 100% sure.

QuickOffice has been on your phone since you got it, it just didnt show up in the Application tray. It was read only until you purchased it, then you could edit files from office.
I do not know if this is a trial version or not, but I am pretty sure that you have to pay for it. I only looked at it long enough to see that I could edit spreadsheets that I have on my phone, but I have not registered it again. (I registered the read only version a while back.)

I hope I don't incur an expense because there is nothing that told me it was a trail version or not when I first opened it.
