How do I view the email messages after I have archived them. And is there a way to save SMS and MMS messages to the phone, perhaps to a folder or....... What are the options. Hard to believe a phone with such ability would not have this option

One I use is sms backup & restore.
As for the email question, the options you have depends on which email app you're using.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
