Auto Sync for Exchange ActiveSync not working

My Droid Incredible just stopped auto syncing my Exchange email a few days ago. If I go in and refresh the new mail comes in and it will randomly sync at times but sometimes not for hours.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you for your inquiry. Perhaps checking your setting to make sure your syncing up can assist you with the matter. Please go into your Menu, then Settings, then Accounts & Sync, make sure background data and auto sync are both turned on. If they were already, I would try to delete the email account and re add your email account.
