BACKING UP ALL DATA NOT JUST CONTACTS

I have used backup assistant for my contacts but I have lots of lists notes passwords etc... Can I backup the entire phone

Doing a full system backup is not possible under stack state because the device restricts the user from the root directory where most of the personal data is stored.

 

You can use a app like MyBackup (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.rerware.android.MyBackupPro&feature=search_result) or Sprite Mobile (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.spritemobile.backup&feature=search_result) that can backup and restore all 3rd party apps and sometimes the settings for that app but not of the system files can be backed up.
