BackUp Assistant PIN Retrieval

I noticed this same question had been brought up before, and it looks like it was never resolved...

When Backup Assistant says my PIN is wrong, I choose to retrieve my PIN. It then says to go to "http://www.verizonwireless.com/backupassistant" and click on "View PIN."

I must be blind, because I have no idea how to find "View PIN" and I hope somebody can help!

go to the link you provided. sign in. click the "my services" tab. "view pin" is located on the right side of the screen sort of towards the top.

I have the same problem and this is still not helpful. Verizon please make this stupid pin thing easier, I have now spent 2 hours figuring it out and its not done, the ****ing pin thing wont go away on my phone and it keep reminding me to do something I cant get rid of, I'm gonna buy a god**** iphone from at&t

As of today I found my pin by clicking on "manage contacts" from the main MyVerizon page. It then took me over to my contacts page. On the upper right hand corner of the page, just below the Search bar, I have a little red phone, then a bar that says "Sync to Phone", and then a bar that says "View Pin". Clicking that brings up a box with my pin. It was a pain that took forever to find, but that's where it was. Hope it helps someone.
