Backup Assistant PIN Issues

Android Version: 2.3.4

System Version: 4.5.621.en.US version

My phone is telling me that my PIN is wrong. I hit "forgot pin" and it displayed what I've been entering. I've tried to sync it from the website and it tells me that it's already running. I don't know how to un/reinstall the program, and I can't clear the cache because it's displaying 0.00. I don't know how to change my PIN either. HELP! I'm so confused!!

I'm having this same problem, on my Inc 2 running 2.3.4. It started a week ago. I've tried all the things you have, and I haven't been able to figure out how to fix this. Clearing the cache didn't work anyway.

on a pc in myverizon/ba, you can see the pin & confirm you're entering it correctly.

I was able to view it on the phone as well as the website. They're the same as what I was entering in.

glad they were the same, many folks find that they aren't entering the pin that's on the website.

i'm not able to see the ba pin on the droid x.
