Backup Assistant not accepting pin

I've confirmed the pin is correct. I tried syncing from VZW website- stops on phone and says" incorrect pin" Any one else with this- or suggestions?

You need to call tech support. I dont think this can be fixed with anything other than a tech.

I had the same problem. I called tech support and together we did a factory reset, Works fine now.
