Backup Assistant

i have Backup Assistant online, it says I have 123 contacts, after syncing my new phone, only 82 showed up on it.  When I hit sync on-line, nothing happens. Any thoughts on getting rest of contacts into phone?

I have provided some steps below that may help.

Step 1. – Try taking the .CSV file from the My Account website and importing them into Gmail. I have provided the steps in an article below:

***If you do not have a Gmail account, follow the instruction below.

1. Navigate to http://mail.google.com/mail/signup.
2. Fill out the Create an Account form and submit.

***Once the .CSV file is imported into Gmail it will synchronize the contacts over the air to your device. You can also use Gmail (online account) to take care of any duplicates or merging contact information.

Step 2. – If it does not update the contact information automatically on the device, I have listed an article below to ensure the synchronization is on.

No disrespect intented here. But I can get Backup Assistant to work at all. The webpage for my contacts has 15 incomplete records and I have about 100 contract. Now, i have everything done through Gmail, but I can't delete the Backup Assistant application and every night it wants to sync and can't or won't. 

I don't get it.

Sorry I meant to say in the post above I CAN'T get Backup Assistant to work at all.
