Backup assistant to new phone

I just got my Droid 2 Pro Global phone. I had backed up contacts on my previous phone yesterday and had over 200 contacts. I ran back up assistant once I activated my new phone and it only synced 11 numbers and most of those are the verizon numbers. What happened to my contacts????? HELP!

Glad I'm not alone on this one. I haven't changed to my "like new" droid yet because my phone is only syncing 31 out of about 200 numbers. Looks like I'm going to have to go to my local verizon store to have them sync the contacts to the new phone.

The contacts that are not syncing may be in your trashcan. You can login to the Backup Assistant website at www.getbackupnow.com and sign in using your My Verizon login. Upon login, check your trash. Select all the contacts then in options choose undelete. Resync on your phone, and they should be back!
