Backup to Mac? Download to Droid?

I have a Mac Book Pro.  I just now received a new Droid Pro and would love to have my contacts and calendar sync with it.  Possible?

Hi christinecase, 

Perhaps try these steps on your Mac pro with your Driod Pro to connect the two units.

1. Plug in DROID Pro via USB. 

2. On the notification bar on your phone, you'll see the USB connection icon.  Pull down the entire notification screen

3. Tap on the new USB connection you made displayed

4. Now you will see options to go back and pull down the notification bar again on your DROID Pro and tap on the USB connection again.  You should see a list of choices to then select USB MASS STORAGE, then tap OK. You should be able to see the DROID Pro device to access your files.
